1. Terms & Conditions

Welcome to M/s Big Discount Deals ("Platform", "We", "Our", "Us"). By accessing or using our website/application, you ("User", "Customer", "Buyer", "Vendor", "Delivery Partner") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of the Platform & "Shop with Confidence"

* Marketplace Only: M/s Big Discount Deals is an online marketplace platform that connects independent third-party sellers ("Vendors") and delivery boys with customers. We do not manufacture, store, stock, or sell any products ourselves.

* Shop with Confidence : We encourage all customers to shop with absolute confidence. Customers must carefully check all product descriptions, images, prices, and vendor ratings before placing an order. Once an order is placed, it is understood that the customer has verified everything and agreed to the product terms.

2. For Vendors

* Direct Payment & Commission: Vendors collect payments directly via their UPI/COD. Vendors are legally bound to pay the platform commission within 7 days of delivery.

* Honesty & Fraud: If a vendor accepts payment but marks the order as "Cancelled" or "Returned" to avoid commission, it will be treated as fraud. The account will be blocked immediately, and a heavy daily penalty will be charged.

* Stock & Quality Accuracy: Vendors must list genuine products and accurate stock. Delivering fake or low-quality items will lead to immediate dashboard suspension.

3. For Delivery Boys / Partners

* Immediate Status Update: Delivery Boys must update the order status as "Delivered" on the platform app immediately at the exact minute the parcel is handed over to the customer. This timestamp is critical for the customer's 15-30 minute unboxing video rule.

* Payment Collection Safety: If handling Cash on Delivery (COD), the Delivery Boy must verify the cash/UPI receipt on behalf of the Vendor before handing over the product.

* Safe Handling: Delivery Boys must handle packages carefully. Any damage caused during transit due to negligence by the delivery boy will be their personal financial liability.

### 4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the *Courts at Srinagar (J&K)** only.

2. Privacy Policy

At M/s Big Discount Deals, we value the privacy of our Customers, Vendors, and Delivery Partners.

1. Information We Collect

* Customers: Name, Mobile Number, Delivery Address.

* Vendors: Business Name, Owner ID, Address, GSTIN/PAN, Bank/UPI details.

* Delivery Boys: Name, Phone Number, Live Location (during delivery), and Identity Proof (Aadhaar/Driving License).

2. Data Sharing and Protection

* Order Fulfillment: Customer details are shared with the respective Vendor and the assigned Delivery Boy solely for completing the delivery.

* No Rerouting / Client Poaching: Vendors and Delivery Boys are strictly prohibited from saving customer data or contacting customers independently to pitch products outside M/s Big Discount Deals. Doing so will result in immediate termination and legal action.

* Payment Security: Since payments go directly to vendors, the platform does not store financial passwords, credit card info, or UPI PINs.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Return and Replacement Timeline (1-Day or No Return)

Depending on the product category and the individual Vendor's rules, products will either have a *Maximum 1-Day Return Window** or be sold under a strict No Return / No Exchange policy. Customers must check this on the product page before ordering.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damaged / Wrong Items (15 to 30 Minutes Rule)

* Strict Proof Required: If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment they open the package.

* The 15-30 Minute Window: This video proof must be sent directly to the Vendor within 15 to 30 minutes of delivery.

* Role of Delivery Boy Timestamp: The 15-30 minute countdown begins exactly when the Delivery Boy marks the status as "Delivered" on our system.

* No Video, No Relief: If the customer fails to send the unboxing video to the vendor within this strict 30-minute window from the delivery timestamp, no return, replacement, or refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Vendor & Delivery Boy Liability in Case of Damage

* Vendor Liability: If the unboxing video proves the product was packed badly or was already broken/wrong before shipping, the Vendor must issue a 100% refund or replacement immediately. If they refuse, their dashboard will be frozen.

* Delivery Boy Liability: If the vendor proves the item was shipped safely but was damaged due to a road accident or rough handling by the Delivery Boy, the Delivery Boy/Logistics partner shall be held liable to settle the cost with the vendor.

* Direct Settlement: Because the payment went directly to the Vendor, M/s Big Discount Deals will not issue any refunds from its own pocket. All monetary settlements must happen directly between the Vendor, Customer, and Delivery Boy.
